Yoga and mindfulness techniques have been proven to help ease the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. Join us to give it a try! Sessions are 25 minutes each.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS


BC SCHIZOPHRENIA SOCIETY (PORTABLE 21)


BC Schizophrenia Society is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting families who include a loved one with Schizophrenia or another major mental illness. In this 3 part workshop series, learn about how mental illness affects all of us as well as those with a diagnosis. Feel free to attend one session or all three.

BOUNCEBACK (PORTABLE 20)


Feeling overwhelmed? Are you more worried than usual or find yourself feeling angry more easily? BounceBack may be able to help. This workshop will share more information about the program which teaches effective skills to help individuals (aged 15+) overcome symptoms of mild to moderate depression or anxiety and improve their mental health.
